Fall 2023 - As part of my job with Liberty University I was tasked with creating promotional materials and designs for the LU Student Resource Fair, hosted by the Office of Disability and Accommodation Support (ODAS). For the event, I was given the following information:
"ODAS is partnering with different departments and student clubs to raise awareness of disability related resources for students. A free IPAD will be raffled off – make sure that’s included in the graphics too."
Based on this I wanted to create an identity for the event that was simple, clean, and bold, inspired somewhat by the Swiss Style.
The final deliverables for the event's deliverables were the following:
1. Announcement Post and Story for Social Media
2. Announcement TV Slide for display on screens across campus
3. A small table tent design to be distributed across campus
4. Floor banner to be used at event
5. Informational booklet giving an overview and contact information for each of the featured departments/clubs. This booklet was also used for the iPad giveaway with the final page having a perforated portion that students submitted once they visited each table.

Each department provided a brief overview to be included in the booklet along with location and contact information.
